According to statistics from Thailand’s Customs, Thailand imported a total of 130,000 tons of scrap in January this year, up by 18% compared to the previous month and keeping flat year on year.
Among them, the imports from Australia accounted for the largest proportion, totaling roughly 14,200 tons, followed by the US’ 13,600 tons and Venezuela’s 13,200 tons.
