According to the preliminary ruling of anti-dumping (AD) made by the US Department of Commerce (USDOC), South Korea’s circular welded non-alloy steel pipes were being sold at prices lower than normal value during the period of review from November 1, 2019 to October 31, 2020.
The dumping margin preliminarily calculated by the USDOC for Hyundai Steel Company (Hyundai Steel) was 1.97%, Husteel Co., Ltd. (Husteel) received 4.07%, and the non-selected companies were assigned a rate of 3.21%.
