The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) released final results for the countervailing duty (CVD) administrative review on certain cold-rolled steel flat products from South Korea, covering the review period from January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023.
The authority confirmed a net subsidy rate of 1.28% for Hyundai Steel Company, while POSCO received a rate of 3.64% after a slight downward adjustment from preliminary figures.
Methodological corrections based on stakeholder submissions drove the revised calculations.
