According to official statistics from Thailand, the imports of scrap in Thailand totaled around 118,000 tons in April, which dropped by 10% compared to the preceding month and by 19% from the same month a year ago.
Among them, the US was the largest import source, supplying 19,000 tons of scrap to Thailand during the month. Japan ranked second with 14,300 tons, followed by Australia’s 12,300 tons.
