On October 21, Baowu Steel, one of the biggest steel-making groups in China, held a conference about work schemes for the third quarter of 2022.
At the meeting, Chen Derong, the Chairman of Baowu Group, said that the company shall carefully analyze its shortcomings and take practical measures to solve these problems.
On internal management, the company shall learn from outstanding private enterprises; on asset efficiency, the company should strictly control its investment in fixed assets and increase its profit per ton; in terms of personnel efficiency, it is necessary to further improve the company’s labor efficiency.
Baowu Steel aims to vigorously combine and reorganize and carry out professional and cultural integration, so as to take advantage of the joint reorganization timely.
