On October 8, 2022, the Turkish Ministry of Trade announced its affirmative ruling of the second anti-dumping (AD) sunset review on certain pipe fittings made of iron or steel originating in China, maintaining the AD duty rate of US$500/ton on subject products.
This measure came into force from the date of publication of the announcement, valid for a period of five years.
The products involved are under HS codes 7307.91.00.00.00, 7307.93.11.00.11, 7307.93 .11.00.12, and 7307.93.19.00.00.
The second AD sunset review was launched on April 16, 2021, in response to the application of Turkish domestic manufacturers.
