According to the notice of amended final results of the anti-dumping (AD) duty review, the US Court of International Trade's final judgment on the case of the AD duty order on certain cold-rolled steel flat products from South Korea is not in harmony with the US Department of Commerce (USDOC)'s final results of the review.
The USDOC is amending the final results of the weighted-average dumping margin assigned to Hyundai Steel Company and has rescinded its review of non-examined Company A, an affiliate of Hyundai Steel.
The new weighted-average dumping margin for Hyundai Steel was set at 1.82%, compared to the 1.97% assigned by the USDOC before the court's ruling.
