Iron and Steel Institute of Thailand apply lean manufacturing concept to improve process efficiency in 4 pilot plants in the steel industry and downstream manufacturing industry. ISIT has trained the essential Lean Manufacturing Concept for the counterpart companies, studied the working process and collected the related data to analyze the room for improvement and setup the improving plan.
