US imposes preliminary AD duty on Italy’s CTL steel plate

According to the preliminary determination made by the US Department of Commerce (USDOC), the imports of certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length (CTL) plates from Italy were being sold in the US market at prices lower than the fair value during the period of review from May 1, 2019 to April 30, 2020.
The preliminary dumping margins on the subject goods were set at a range from 1.21% to 1.37%, depending on different companies.
The existing final AD duty rate imposed on products involved is 1.23% to 1.39%.
