-          South Europe's shredded scrap price down to 250-280 Euro per tonne (down 10-30 Euro per tonne)- source: SBB

-          Tokyo's scrap price down by 500 Yen per tonne to its Takamatsu plant and unchanged for the new Tahara plant – source: MB


Semi-finished steel prices

-          Hebei, China ex-work price of 150x150 mm Q235 billet down to 3,870 RMB per tonne (578USD per tonne), with VAT and on a cash-payment basis – source: SBB

-          Billet offer into Southeast Asia from South Africa, Russia, CIS, Taiwan and Malaysia fall another 5 USD per tonne this week to 575-595 USD per tonne CFR- source: MB


Rebar prices

-          Southern Taiwan's distributors reduce rebar price to 18,600-18,700 NTD per tonne – source: Yieh


Hot rolled coil prices

-          POSCO's domestic HRC prices remain unchanged at 780 USD per tonne for October –December – source: SBB

-          China's prevailing boron-added HRC prices down to 600-620 USD per tonne FOB – source: SBB
