Scrap

-          Pakistan's scrap price up to PKR 46,000-47,000 per tonne (US$540-552) for re-rollable scrap and to PKR 35,000-36,000 per tonne, amidst a slow market – source: SBB

-          Italian E8 scrap price up to Euro 340-350 per tonne, CFR; E40 shredded scrap at Euro 320-340 per tonne CFR; E3 demolition grade at Euro 310 per tonne, CFR – source: MB

Semi-finished steel prices

-          Turkish billet price at 602-605 USD per tonne ex-works – source: SBB

-          Taiwan's billet price up to NTD 17,800 per ton – source: Yieh

-          CIS slab price was reported to decline in early November to 510-520 USD per tonne FOB Black Sea for November production. However, it was seen to increase recently, but no figure was reported – source: MB

Bar prices

-          Traders in Shanghai rose its offers for 16-25 mm HRB 335 rebar by $5-8 per tonne to 691-692 USD per tonne, with 17% VAT – source: SBB

-          Brazil's domestic rebar price bottomed out at 1,116 USD per tonne – source: SBB

Hot rolled coil prices

-          Russia's Novolipetsk completed its HRC January price at 625-640 USD per tonne FOB Black Sea basis – source: SBB

-          MMK offered HRC at 615-620 USD per tonne, FOB Blakc Sea – source: SBB
